I was skeptical, but Smoke Or Fire (formerly Jericho) is a noteworthy blend of aggressive punk, catchy hooks, and a gritty hardcore-ish undercurrent of anger. First and foremost, they’re punk, and they do have that Fat punk sound, but the good songwriting makes them a stand out.
